Do I have a time limit on when to use the credit on my Astral Rewards Card?
answer: Yes, Any credit you have accumulated MUST be used by December 31st of that year. On January 1st of each year ALL Astral Rewards Cards will return to a zero balance and you will lose all credit from the previous year. If you received your card in the months of October, November, or December, your rewards will not expire that year, they will roll over until the following year.  back to top

If I buy the parts and you fix the car, would the parts be included in the 10%?
answer: No. only the labor would. Parts are only included if they are provided by Astral Auto Repairs.  back to top

Is there a limit to what my available credit can be?
answer: No. your available credit can go as high as you like, as long as it is within the year.  back to top

If I got ten people to get their vehicles repaired by Astral Auto Repairs, and each of them gave you my account number, would their 10% go right to my Astral card?
answer: Yes! Your Astral card would be credited the full 10%. If all their bills totaled $2,000.00, your Astral account would be credited $200! Each of your friends MUST have the card in their possession at the time payment is made.  back to top

Can one of my friends transfer their available balance to my Astral Rewards Card, and visa versa?
answer: Yes, you can even form a group of people and place all account balances to one account. This process is done by request from all parties involved. We will contact each participating party for verification.  back to top

1. Your rewards card must be presented at the time services are rendered. You cannot call at a later time and request the 10% be added to your account. This also applies to anyone who wishes to add their 10% to your card.
